OUR STORY

Gary S. "Skipper" Joyce established the Joyce Agency Inc. in 1982. The
Joyce Agency covers the plumbing and mechanical markets of Maryland,
Virginia, Southern Delaware, and Washington D.C. We formed (EPG) the
Engineered Products Group in 1998 to focus on the HVAC and Hydronics
markets, as well as the engineering community and the specification
market. In 2000 we formed (RPG), Residential Products Group. RPG is
focused on the high-end residential homebuilder, designer, and plumbing
showroom customer base. We believe that by establishing separate
divisions focused on specific market segments that we can offer superior
market penetration for all the manufactures that we represent. Each
manufacturer benefits from the synergy of all three divisions.

From the beginning, we endeavored to become the best manufacturers
representative agency for the finest manufacturers in the industry. We
achieved this goal by focusing on intense customer service to the
contractor, wholesaler, and engineer; by hiring and retaining the best
outside and inside sales people; and by representing select
manufacturers who mirror our commitment to the customer.

Our philosophy is simple: We provide invaluable service to our
customers, and give the manufacturers we represent acceptance and
penetration into the marketplace.
